The hiring process

At Manitoba eHealth, you will have an opportunity to grow in your career and have a direct impact on improving health care in our community.   1. Register
    Create a personal profile at Winnipeg Health Region Careers and receive notifications when new positions matching your skills become available. You can also update your profile at any time.

  2. Apply
    When you find a position that you feel you are suited for, submit your resume and cover letter online before the closing date.

  3. Review
    All applications are reviewed by the hiring manager. Those who most closely match the hiring criteria for that position will be contacted for an interview. We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

  4. Selection
    Depending on the nature of the position, written assignments, presentations, case study reviews, portfolio review and reference checks may be part of the selection process. When selected for an interview, you will be advised of what you need to prepare.

  5. Job offer
    All interviewed applicants will be advised of the selection outcome. If you are the successful applicant, you will receive a verbal job offer from the manager and a written offer from WRHA Employment Services.

  6. Starting your new career
    Welcome to the team. Your manager, department and new co-workers will ensure you are prepared for a smooth transition to your new career at Manitoba eHealth.
